REGULATION
During the use of any towed water toys SeaLux Yachting will not be held responsible in case of any accidents that may be caused
- – Only one person may be towed at a time
- – The boat shall tow only one gear at a time.
- – The practitioner must know how to swim.
- – Two people must be on board any vessel towing the practitioner, one dedicated exclusively to the operation of the vessel, the other keep an eye on the practitioner and the rope. Only holders of the State Water Ski Instructor Certificate are exempted from this requirement, provided they are equipped with a circuit breaker strap.
- – The use of towed gear is prohibited in bathing areas where speed is limited; it is compulsory to use the departure and arrival channels reserved for practitioners and motorboats. It must be practiced at beyond 300 meters.
- – When the boat is hauling a gear, it is imperative to carry a 2-metre orange fluorescent flame, visible at 360°.
- – The person on board the support shall wear a brightly coloured lifejacket and shall be able to board the towing vessel.
